Teneille Doyle is the creator of Islands in Colour™, a collectible publishing series celebrating island culture, heritage and identity through art.

Born in Barbados, Doyle created the series as a way to preserve the stories, traditions, landmarks and everyday beauty of island life for generations to discover and enjoy.

Why Beautiful Barbados was created

Beautiful Barbados began with a simple idea: that the island's chattel houses, flying fish, festival colour and heritage streets deserve to be experienced, not just admired. Created for the Diamond Jubilee, the first book invites readers at home and across the diaspora to put their own colour to the story of Barbados.
